MEET THE TEAM
Molly Blenk
I’m a native of Buffalo, NY (go Bills AND Bengals!) and made my way to the Cincinnati area via Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and Northern Kentucky. My husband Erick and I purchased our first house in Pleasant Ridge in 2000. We were drawn to PR for its walkability, diversity of people and houses, and central location.
My background is in Social Work and Community Organizing, always with an interest in helping others through strengths-based approaches. I began in nonprofit organizations and honed my rapport building and collaboration skills. I then worked as a professor of Sociology at NKU, where I built a foundation in teaching that’s helped form the backbone of my business.
I now live in Amberley Village with Erick, our three kids, and our amazing dogs. I love supporting my community through sponsorships, involvement in the Pleasant Ridge Business Association and the Tour of Homes, and by frequenting small businesses throughout the city!
Erin Fay
I’ve been a full time realtor since 2011, after spending more than 15 years in the restaurant industry. I got excited about real estate after renovating and selling a handful of old homes in the Cincinnati area and decided to make it a career!
I’m a true perfectionist— trustworthy and honest in all that I do, because I can't be any other way. I graduated from Ohio University with a bachelors in Education and I use that “teacher” personality to help my clients. I value education so that buyers and sellers fully understand the process and I want to sell my clients not just any home but the right home.
I’m a born and raised Cincinnatian. I grew up in Westwood and am a graduate of Walnut Hills High School. I live in Pleasant Ridge with my super cool son, Eli. I’m an avid volunteer in the neighborhood and the sustainability community, most recently serving on the board for the Cincinnati Recycling and Reuse Hub, the Pleasant Ridge Development Corporation, and the Pleasant Ridge Business Association.

My first experience with real estate came as a child when my family was transferred from New Jersey to western New York as part of a corporate relocation. This experience helped me understand the type of change families go through when they move and how important it is to involve the entire family in the process.
After growing up in southern New Jersey and western New York, I made my way to Ohio to attend Miami University. I have lived and worked in several communities across the region, including northern Kentucky over the past 30 years and consider Cincinnati home.
My professional experience includes economic development, financial services, operations management, and technology project management. This experience built a strong foundation for helping buyers and sellers navigate some of the largest financial decisions they will make.
BRAD KREMER
My journey in real estate is deeply rooted in my values as a father and husband. After moving from Columbus four years ago with my wife Renee and our three boys— Remington, Banks, and Lawson— I understand firsthand the importance of finding a home that fits your family’s needs. My “family over everything” approach ensures my clients’ best interests are always at the forefront.
In tandem with real estate, I am also the founder of CRAFTD., a content media company that specializes in helping entrepreneurs and brands elevate their presence on social media. This experience gives me unique edge in real estate: I know how to tell a compelling story and how to market homes in a way that captures attention and drives results.
Having lived in Cincinnati for four years now, I love helping relocation clients settle into this dynamic city. My goal is to not only help clients buy or sell homes but also to guide them through the process of building a life they love in a community they’ll thrive in.

I’ve been adjacent to the real estate world since Molly got her license when I was around 7, which means I spent a decent chunk of my childhood tagging along to showings. I love getting to know the story of a house and appreciating its architectural quirks. With my degree in Digital Storytelling, this means I totally take advantage of my job as an excuse to pore over photos of cool homes as we prep to market each listing.
I may not have my license, but I know more than my fair share of the real estate jargon and I love to help from behind the scenes with social media, marketing design, and the occasional tech issue.
I’m born and raised in Cincinnati, but frequently do my work with The Blenk Team remotely. When I’m not focused on team business, I love to rock climb and can often be found building my own architectural masterpieces in the Sims.
